Our thermostat completely shut off and we had no heat for two days. We called Efficient Comfort, and they were able to fit us in within an hour of calling — which we so appreciated! Ron was our technician and he was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything fixed within 20 minutes. We were warm again in no time! Pricing was very reasonable as well. We’ll definitely be calling Efficient Air again and will be requesting Ron for any future HVAC needs. Thanks again!
Last month Efficient Comfort replaced our furnace and air conditioner with a heat pump/furnace system. We were very pleased with the entire process. I had many questions and Jeremy answered all of my questions quickly and completely. Efficient Comfort's quote was honest and incorporated all the rebates and offers available at the time. We were scheduled in quickly and Devon, Tony and Evan installed the equipment quickly and walked us through everything we needed to know. Devon was especially helpful in explaining what was going on and making sure everything was done. We did have a programming problem the first night but Efficient sent someone right away to fix the issue and we have been very satisfied with the system ever since. This company has been very easy to work with and we are happy we chose this company for our upgrade,

From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure our HVAC system was running perfectly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service. Ron’s attention to detail and dedication really stood out. Superb job. Very reasonable pricing. I needed the old boiler and water heater removed then the utility closet walls and flooring finished before they could install new equipment. They worked with my schedule. I like that it is a sister/brother business with well trained courteous employees. I will use them again when we add A/C to our home for use during fire season, when I won’t use the swamp cooler
I've worked with Efficient Comfort before (they replaced our water heater a couple of years ago) and have always felt like I'm in good hands with a company that provides great service at a fair price. So when our 23 year old gas furnace started randomly not working on frigid Colorado nights in the middle of winter, I knew who to call. Joanne was quick to get us on the schedule and they were on site within 24 hours. Dan even let us borrow some company space heaters to help warm up the interior of our home until they could install the new furnace. On the day of install, Ruben and Devon worked to install our Bryant Preferred gas furnace for about 7 or so hours. We're very happy with our experience with EC and would definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
