Update: The business owner did issue a refund for the phone and reached out to me. Not much harm done but still leaving 4 stars because of the negative experience, but in the end they did give me the outcome I wanted with a refund. Below the line is the original review ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I can't speak to their other services but they have a very poor return policy. I got a used pixel 6a from them, took it home and charged it. The charging stopped with the pictured "battery replacement recommended" error. Next day I tried to return it for a refund but they would only offer to try to fix the issue, no refund. I left the phone with them and will dispute the charge. I do not trust that phone and I would prefer their policy to be that they would issue a refund, make sure the phone is in working order, then sell it again. This policy doesn't make sense to me because it's very inconvenient to leave your only phone with them for troubleshooting and repairs.
