Minh is fantastic! He went above and beyond to fix my phone after lots of trouble trying to get it resolved with my carrier. If you need help troubleshooting an issue, getting your phone repaired, or a good deal on a new phone go to Airlink!
Minh is super kind. I was a difficult customer due to me unfortunately rejecting his personal advice on a phone service. But he went out on a limb, beyond any reasonable expectation, to make sure I was happy in the end. This guy's got your back. Maybe the best phone/computer store in town.
Great shop for no-frills phone service and repairs. I have never bought a new phone, only older models second-hand from Craigslist, etc. and I’ve always brought them to AirLink to have them unlocked. Minh is one of the sweetest and most honest business owners I know, and he has never steered me wrong. Now I just get my phones from him ‘cause I know he’s trustworthy and his prices are fair. I was just in the shop last week to have my son’s phone unlocked. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
Excellent costumer service! I was very pleased with the final product. Minh, is a straight shooter very knowledgeable and always looks out for his customers. His services are reasonably priced with the highest care and service. I had him replace my OLED screen on my Samsumg S23 and it works perfectly. I will always use Minh in the future phone fixes.
Minh is such a treasure to work with. He replaced my iPhone screen in record time and it functions perfectly. His communication, generosity, and kindness were off the charts. Please, folks, choose to spend your money with this small business! Damaging your phone always sucks, but getting to interact with a genuine person and ending the situation with a smile on your face is the best feeling.
