I needed a new screen for my Macbook pro, and these were the only guys that were able to fix it at a reasonable price. Every other shop I reached out to, quoted me twice (or more) the amount, or told me it is not worth the fix. These guys were always available to answer questions, gave updates and so forth. Great transparency, and no hidden costs:) Have now had my computer back for two months and it is working like a charm. So thankful for such knowledgeable people. Wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Awesome service! I usually don’t write reviews, but they offered exceptional service. They stayed longer so that I could come by after my laptop got a water damage. They explained everything in a kind and detailed manner. And just in general - they have a very transparent system of pricing, repair, next steps etc. As a non native speaker in English I was very grateful for their extra patience :)

Erick was a huge help. We live in a small town with no computer repair store. We happened to be coming through Portland and I was able to drop my MacBook Pro off for repairs and have it picked up before we left the city a few days later. Wow amazing work and customer service was top notch. I highly recommend.
