Karlin rescued our situation affordably, quickly and with knowledgable guidance. He was MUCH more helpful than anyone at the Apple store. Also, he radiates human goodness and had as much trust in me as I had in him. Carlin is super knowledgeable and kind. He helped me out with an unconventional electronics problem and still had the patience to give me the run down on other electronics problem I had. Honest feedback, suuuuper reasonable pricing, and very human customer service. 10/10 recommend.

IChihuahua Repair must be using some kind of wizardry to fix phones, I am truly amazed. I have put two phones through the washing machine while frantically cleaning and iChihuahua Repair was able to fix both phones. Just this weekend my phone was acting up and I took it to the Apple Store and they said it was fried, but iChihuahua had it fixed SAME DAY. Amazing.

Life changing! I visited the phone repair shop to buy a new charging cable because my phone had trouble charging. As I was buying the cable, the employee voluntarily inspected my phone, and lo and behold, found a tiny rock in the charging port. He removed it for me and didn't even charge me for it. It's rare to find such honest and helpful service. He was a great guy and a true professional. Highly recommend!

I didn’t catch his name but the guy who fixed my phone deserves all the business he gets. He gave me all the information, all the options, his subjective advice, and let me make a decision. He was the most helpful and tactful person I’ve ever had the pleasure of paying for a service, which was incredible in such an obnoxiously stressful moment.
