On Track installed 2 new garage doors and a garage door opener for us in December 2025. The service from start to finish was very professional. All of the people we worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable. We went with the highest insulated doors and were very impressed with how well they were able to keep the garage temperature regulated during the sub zero weather in January. We would highly recommend On Track.

A few years back On Track installed our beautiful garage door after giving us some solid guidance on what color and style to go with and our experience with them was nothing less than excellent. So naturally when I had an issue with the door not opening On Track was definitely my first thought to call. Unfortunately for my pride it was just a user issue and not the door or opener. Thankfully Ron guided me through the problem over the phone without having to come out and charge me a service call. Now that's true customer service you rarely find these days. If you're in the market for anything garage door related On Track should definitely be your first choice.
