Five Star has ten star service! They are friendly and professional. They said my car would be ready before I go to work and they did exactly that. Their prices are reasonable and my car is turning without a noise. Hopefully my car doesn’t have any more problems but if so I will definitely go back to them!
Not recommended con artists they were supposed to fix an oil leak ended up breaking a bolt didn’t tell me so my car spilled oil had to get it towed bk so they can fix gasket they failed at that now this is how they return my car today with zero oil smh…….its been three years and your still crying with your replies move on as I did the gaskets were still leaking after replaced and then you empty my oil out when I came to pick up the vehicle the picture is literally less than an hour after we had a disagreement I took it to dealership no problem ever since so just leave it be and enjoy your life as I am
I had been having issues with my car and no other shop could figure out what the problem was. I was at the point of selling it until Julio asked me to let him take a look at it. Within days he let me know what the problem was. I was kept updated the whole time and my car was fixed in less than two weeks. Very professional, I highly recommend Five Star
Hello again to all inquirers for the five Star Auto repair shop! This is Abraham Robinson notifying inquiring minds that five-star Auto has helped me out again with that 97 GMC Sierra c1500! I was pulling up to my parents' house the other day about a week ago and then all of a sudden started making a noise on the front driver side wheel. It ended up being the barring. Those guys change that barring, and that right driver side strut, and my truck has been riding beautiful ever since! :-) I just want to appreciate Nigel, and Julio for their expertise "once again" 👍🏻! I've been coming to the owners of this shop since I was a teenager. They always help me out with my car, from finding someone who could tow my car to them, to advising me to stop putting money into a car that was no longer worth it. This week, I stopped by to get a service I had done not too long ago. The owner welcomed me and asked me what service I needed. I informed him, and he informed me that my car didn’t need that service yet, since I had it done last year and I don't drive much. It should be done every 10,000 miles, but he said he would do it if I was insistent on getting it done. I know that in this time of life, everyone is more interested in making money, but they're more interested in making long-term loyal customers. I'm a woman and I'm not very knowledgable about cars, but I can stop by or call for information. I know it's not always convenient to drop off your vehicle and be without it for a few hours, but I know the moment I go back, everything will be taken care of.
