About a week ago, while edging my parents lawn, a small pebble kicked up and shattered their patio sliding door. Completely frustrated, I immediately turned to goggle to find a company that could replace glass in the area (I knew a full sliding patio door replacement would be very expensive). This is how I encountered Joliet Glass Block Window Co. Nick was in the area and provided an estimate that same day. Glass was ordered and repair date was scheduled. Nick and his crew arrived on time as stated. My mother was so impressed at how kind they were and what a meticulous job they did replacing the large pane of glass. My mom said she was definitely 100% satisfied! Thank you Nick and crew for such a wonderful job! Had a broken panel on a double-pane vinyl window at my home and was expecting to have to replace the entire unit; but Nick assured me he could repair it like new for a fraction of the cost and he certainly came through.
