Jake Becker came to the house and assessed the situation. He carefully explained the process and answered all questions. Dan Essay supervised the very efficient crew. Top notch firm, very professional and excellent workmanship. We were long overdue for a new roof. In the vetting process, we were highly impressed with O’Lyn Roofing from very start. Shawn, the sales manager was very pleasant, highly knowledgeable and courteous- never felt pressured. The transfer of information from initial assessment to start of job was smooth. Dan, the manager on site was at our house reliably each day at 7:30am supervising and was available for questions at anytime. The roofers were efficient, and just dug right in despite the cold temperatures. It was amazing to see. They were very respectful of the property and did excellent clean up, which we appreciate. Sometimes you need to see excellence to know excellence- O’Lyn Roofing exceeded our expectations and espoused confidence and excellence at every step along the way. Our neighbor complimented our new roof straight away and was amazed how quickly O’Lyn worked. They are very honest and work at a level not often seen.
