We selected Northeast Industrial Roof for a persistent leak in our flat rubber roof section for our property in Somerville. This was addressed as a repair by other contractors and unfortunately the leak persisted. The section that was repaired is from an addition completed in 2009. I contacted Northeast Industrial Roof to replace my 25 year old Vellux Skylights. Their representative came out to examine the project both inside and out, using a drone to assist. The Skylights were installed in a timely manner by a polite and efficient crew, completing the job in a few hours.
