Couldn’t ask for better service! Dave helped me find an obscure part for a small vacuum cleaner that’s now out of production, even though it was the first of 10 different models for that vacuum. Helped me repair of the part that I had inadvertently broken using an aftermarket bag that did not fit the vacuum cleaner properly. Altogether saved me a ton of money and they did it very cheerfully.
My Simplicity vacuum lost suction power through the hose, so I was unable to use that or any of the attachments. I brought my vacuum in to be looked at, and I was out the door in about 10min with a fully functioning vacuum! The best part was that it was complimentary! Lesson learned, when they say check all the areas for clogs, they mean it
We have used Olson vacuum for several years. Every time they have been honest and done great work. This last time through no fault of theirs are vacuum ended up having multiple issues with it and because they had already started the project but couldn’t finish it they provided us a new vacuum head at no charge. That was well beyond what we expected and we will continue to use them for years to come because of this reliable service.
Olson Vacuum is the best place to go to have your vacuum serviced, fixed, or looking for a new vacuum. The staff really is very helpful and friendly. They take the time to explain things to you and answer any questions you may have. Most repairs or service is completed few in a few days.
