Mark's Reddi Rooter

LI want to highly recommend Mark's Reddi-Rooter for both plumbing and rooter services. I was incredibly impressed with their work; they provide the best plumbing service in the area and offer reasonable pricing for high-quality results. The team is honest and upfront, and every staff member I encountered was professional and attentive. Jeff provided a detailed estimate and offered multiple options alongside honest advice. I was especially impressed with the plumber they sent, Colton. He was thorough and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He successfully diagnosed and fixed a plumbing issue we have been dealing with for years—one that many other plumbers had previously misdiagnosed, "fixed" but would eventually fail again & again, getting worse each time. He also installed my new water heater & softener. Overall, their communication was excellent throughout the process. I definitely suggest reaching out to them for any plumbing needs.

Found them from Reddit! Called yesterday at 2:30pm and they were here at 9:30am this morning (it was non-emergent). The person on the phone has lots of great questions and helped with my anxiety about the situation, she was kind patient and told me exactly what was likely happening. They called before their arrival and Sam and Merrik were very kind! They answered all my questions and worked really hard to find the drain they needed to go through. They used a camera through the kitchen sink to find the proper drain which we found immediately under a stupid box, so they took the camera charge off our bill. They cleared the block and it was from a tree root, so they fixed the issue! Unfortunately they did break one of their blades in the pipe, but they discounted that time because it was "their mistake." I just felt like they were really trying to provide a kind and compassion service and were very honest. They didn't try to get a quick buck because I didn't know anything. Would recommend!! I haven't gotten my bill yet but they outlined how much I should expect.

Mark's Reddi Rooter saved our house! We contacted various other places(either no callback or completely booked) prior to making a call to Mark's Reddi Rooter which was recommended by a local company who was not able to help at the time.....as it was the weekend. Our drain had backed up into our basement and our toliet was overflowing. The technician arrived quickly and was very efficient in finding the problem right away. Top notch service, highly recommend!
