We required original pipes to be replaced in our home from the kitchen sink to a drain located under the basement floor (concrete). Avid was quick to respond and offer us options. They were patient while we shopped around and looked at potential remodel options. In the end, we only repaired what needed to be done. They honored the quote that was 2-3 months old by that point and coordinated repairs quickly. Finished everything in less than two days and left the area cleaner than before they arrived. Highly recommend.

He explained things in a way that wasn’t intimidating, especially since I don’t have much plumbing knowledge. In less than 24 hours, we went from having no hot water to being fully operational again.
