Everyone at Avid has been very kind and detailed when conducting their work and showing me exactly what they were fixing and provided clear, next steps for me. Avid Plumbing deserves every bit of this 5-star review. I’m a salon owner, and our water heater completely failed in the middle of a busy workday with over 10 stylists fully booked — it was incredibly stressful. Avid was able to arrive the same day, quickly diagnose the problem, and clearly walk me through all of my options. Excellent work all around. From calling and speaking with Brian who was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable to Andrew our plumber and his assistant installing our water heater. Service was timely and price reasonable. Andrew also looked at a couple other small issues we had while he was here. He was very professional, efficient and kind! Will definitely be using Avid again and highly recommend!

Very easy to work with, great price and service. Got a couple emailed quotes for a new water heater, the Avid quote was much lower than the other for the exact same brand and size compared to another company. Bill matched the quoted price. A couple guys came and got it installed in about 2 hours. Friendly and good service. Will definitely use Avid again for future plumbing needs.
