Got quotes from a handful of plumbers. Action's wasn't the lowest, but it was competitive. Ended up choosing them because of the places I called, they did the best job of connecting me to someone who could answer some questions I had about the project, and they were able to schedule it for the next day. The plumber, Trey, did a great job with the install, and also went above and beyond to answer a few other plumbing questions I had (and was spot on with his advice). Would recommend.
Reid with Action was great! Highly recommend. I had an issue with my kitchen faucet’s hot water pressure. He initially suspected a filter cartridge issue, so he bought and replaced it. Unfortunately that didn’t solve the problem and the whole unit needed replacement. He didn’t charge me for the filter replacement, only the standard service fee which I would’ve paid anyway. Very honest and professional business practice, and I’ll definitely call them again for future needs. He also mentioned that Moen offers a lifetime warranty and gave me the info for that. Overall, excellent service!

I will recommend Rodney’s service for his professional skills, expertise and friendliness. He was able to narrow our issue down to the exact location. His expertise and knowledge allowed us to solve an eight weeks on going issue in less than 2 hours. We paid a fraction of the projected price based on phone calls to similar businesses in our area.
