Ocean State installed our new system ~ 1 year ago & did a fabulous job. Working with Ocean State Air Solutions, from the sales person, Brandon, who was terrific, to the installation managed by Tom, has been excellent. As with any new system, some tweaking has been needed for optimal function during the initial year but Ocean State has been quick in sending technicians (usually Tom) to quickly & efficiently resolve our concern. I would absolutely recommend them!

Craig and Marybeth Clark have achieved the perfect business model with Ocean State Air Solutions. They have the highest level of equipment, professional technicians and customer-service-focused personnel I have ever experienced. Their website’s stated focus on cutting edge technology and equipment, professional expertise, respect for your home, continual communication and cleanliness aren’t just empty words, they are exemplified by every employee. Each member of their team projects an incredible degree of pride in their work, commitment to excellence and your complete satisfaction. They replaced a ten-year-old, 2nd floor, poorly designed (from scratch) and functioning HVAC system, with one so advanced, extraordinary performing and incredibly rewarding, I never imagined it possible. With the old system, we suffered through significant and irregular temperature differences among the various rooms on the second floor, as well as inefficient and uncomfortable extremes of either blasting heat or too-cold winter season interior air. The new system has not only resulted in exacting room temps, but operates in such a subtle manner, it is barely detectable when running, and because it never blasts the heat, even our humidifiers are working more effortlessly. Most importantly, the interior atmosphere of our home is now infinitely more comfortable and enjoyable, regardless of the outside temps or conditions. Unlike many companies’ employees today, everyone from Ocean State Air Solutions was on time every day, considerate, communicative, knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous in their work product and cleanliness. Chris was great at originally assessing our needs, Lenny examined every possible option and designed an incredible system, that included a very sophisticated reworking of the existing duct work, Mike and Dylan were consummate, considerate and meticulous technical installation professionals, Anthony oversaw our project in a manner that inspired tremendous confidence and the outcome is a whole new level of environmental comfort, we didn’t know was possible. Kristy’s oversight and responsiveness are unsurpassed; Tabatha ensured our rebates were processed with minimal effort on our part, and Christine ensured we knew all our options for the road ahead with regard to optimal service plans. This was not the first time we have had work done at our home by Craig and Marybeth’s team, but it was the first time I have ever signed a contract for work after only asking for one contractor’s proposal, because after our first experience with Ocean State Air Solutions, we do not want anyone but them taking care of our heating and cooling needs, be it for installations or maintenance. I cannot recommend them too strongly, they truly have no equal.
