When you pick a business to repair your home, it comes with trust but not this company… Service was great but owner is HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. My husband has been great friends with the owners son “Gio.” Just got off the phone with the owner Nicole as that seems to be the Mother. Tried to make a calm complaint about her son being rude to my husband and family member hoping the owner would want to resolve it but gave straight attitude which had me confused? As I asked her “why are you giving attitude?” the owner then goes “well I wish you would.” NOT the type of business you’d want with someone who lacks composure when asked about the situation and lacks taking accountability of controlling her employees who she should know, represents her business. I then tried to explain her son was sharing wrongful information to others which is a VIOLATION OF PRIVACY and she sadly just excused her sons behavior and that we haven’t paid the bill which we have proof of. She was demanding I pay the past 2 months but we have already moved out.. In Rhode Island it is the landlords responsibility to repair heating system. Sad part is I just found out, her son Gio has reached out to family member (not the landlord lol) harassing him as well when Gio knows he’s not the owner. So the big question is, why harass everyone else but the owner? Why not send a letter of the bill? If we just had moved out and we covered the bill when we were living there, ONGOING harassment is just UNCALLED FOR. We never had no problems with other family friends HVAC companies and repairmen but I don’t think you should trust your information with this business nor the way they just handled this… I’m sure the owner will reflect on how she poorly handled this. And no, I won’t add the pictures of the harassment from her son, I’ll save it for their sake.
