I called this company as my heat was not working when I went to turn it on for the year. I was charged 150$ for the first service call for them to come evaluate my heating system for the to tell me what the problem was. The technician was only be at my house for 20 mins and told me my gas valve was defective and that this was a very easy fix. Tech came back the next day to replace “defective gas valve” took 30 mins to complete job was charged and additional 150$ for a service fee and 265$ for the gas valve. They left and my heat was still not working for the tech to come back to my house and hour later spend all of 5 mins in the apartment the... I called this company as my heat was not working when I went to turn it on for the year. They left and my heat was still not working for the tech to come back to my house and hour later spend all of 5 mins in the apartment they wanted to charge me and addition 150$ to tell me the wiring on the thermostat was incorrect and that was why I had no heat the entire time. I feel if the technician found this on the very first service call I would not have had to replace my “defective gas valve” and I would not have had to pay 600+ for a very simple fix. Very sloppy assessment on the first service call very over priced. I would NOT use this company again or recommend using this company.

MJ Heating & Air Conditioning installed a complete HVAC system in my home and it's been efficient for over 6 years. I recently had an issue with one unit and their technician Connor resolved the issue immediately. I highly recommend them for new home construction and service calls. They are honest with their work and very professional.
