NW Mizpah construction

I needed some siding replaced down to the sheathing due to rot. I’m a DYIer and started working on replacing my siding until I saw rot. Reached out to NW Mizpah on a weekend and got a quick response next business day. They came out on time for initial review. The price was good and they were able to start within two days. The came on time with a small crew. The scope of repair increased due to rot. They even changed up the design of my gable from shingles to board and batten. The crew were nice. There was a language barrier, I don’t speak Spanish and only the project leader (Juachin) spoke partial English; however, we understood each other and the end results came out great. The only negative comment I have is that the crew was messy with removing existing siding and cleanup. They prioritize good workmanship and time over cleanliness. To me that is a small inconvenience, but some might care more. The owner Jose was the coordinator between the project lead and I. Jose speaks both languages and it was useful to ask additional complex questions. Everyone I interacted with was respectful, polite, and responsive. They did a great job repairing my siding. If I have another repair that needs a professional I will certainly reach out to this team again. Thanks Juachin, Jose, and team. Also they have a clean record on their Oregon Contractor Licensing.
