I've had a great experience with NC Roofing. I had a bit of flashing rotting that needed to be swapped out so that part of my gutter continued to work properly. Angel came out and reviewed the roof and gave a good breakdown of what was needed. I paused a bit on the work due to the holidays but reached back out, and Angel was quick to respond and schedule. His brothers came out and did an awesome job, they kept me updated on what they were doing and so far it seems that they did a great job addressing the problem. I will definitely hire NC Roofing again in the future.

They didn’t just replace the roof — they identified a leaking chimney flashing, explained the issue clearly, and fixed it properly, along with suggesting helpful improvements like vents and roof hooks, and more, without any pressure or upselling. The final roof looks excellent, the quality is outstanding, and the price was very fair. Our shingles were sliding from a horrible previous installation (by the former owner as part of the sale). We wanted a roofing company that would do a full replacement with their own crew (not sub it), inspect and fix all of the damage like it was the roof on their home, be transparent with us about material quality, bring experience and expertise that was clearly missing during the last installation, and give us great value for the price. NC Roofing did not disappoint! This family team does the work themselves, did an amazing job they are proud of, and paid attention to all of the details. They replaced every piece of water-damaged sheathing with good CDX, connected all vent piping to their roof exits (not previously done during construction), checked for and corrected hotspots they found where stagnant air was being trapped, photo-logged and communicated throughout all of their work, and spent the time to shore up several of our sagging rafters that were probably originally installed bowed and cracked. I've also never seen a roofing crew in the 13 years we've lived in our neighborhood clean as regularly and thoroughly as NC Roofing to make sure our little kiddos wouldn't step on a single nail in our yard. They even set up plywood boards between their waste trailer and our home to properly direct debris, which I've never seen anyone do. Little things make a tremendous difference to me, and I'm glad I hired NC Roofing to cover it all. Our finished product looks professional and should now last the 25-30 years that good shingles installed correctly are meant to!
