Our heat pump quit working and we were only able to heat by utilizing auxillary heat, which was costing us a small fortune. Contacted Ben, the owner of Northwest Heating and AC. He did some preliminary checking and found we had a blown fuse. He said no charge and took care of us. Honest and upfront is the key here. We now have a trusted hvac company we can fully place our trust into. Thanks Ben and NW Heating AC!

Ben and Steph were great. They tried to investigate every possibility to fix my furnace. They made multiple trips to my home and didn’t unnecessarily charge me for each visit. The end result was unfortunately a new furnace but we now have heat. They are trustworthy, hard working, and take time to explain everything to you minus the BS. Call them if you want great service that is fair! They also filled out all of the warranty information and installed a brand new thermostat at no extra cost!

The blower motor in my furnace went out and the whole thing needed to be replaced. I found Ben & Steph through Home Advisor, or they were given my number. I told them I wanted to furnace and AC unit replaced at the same time due to the age of the AC unit. I also had some plumbing work done and was told to have someone look at the duct work under my house because it didn't look good.. They went under my house and took photos of the chaos that was under there. Steph explained everything to me, what options I had and the cost difference between the options.
