Excellent Service from Freedom Heating & Air Freedom Heating & Air did an outstanding job replacing our old furnace heater with a new one. Jerrad and his Colleague were incredibly professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure we understood what to expect. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality work really stood out. The entire experience was smooth, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I contacted Freedom Heating and Air for a quote on my AC unit, and they set it up fast. Taylor was very professional and along with the quote, gave me some tips on maintenance I can do myself. He wasn't pushy and legitimately wanted to earn my business. The installation was scheduled fast from when I accepted the bid, and the installers were professional and did a great job in answering any questions I had and ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction. When they left they did a great job cleaning up, and other than the new AC unit in place of my previous unit it was almost like they weren't even there. I'll definitely be keeping their contact with me for future services.
