I have been without water in my kitchen for 5 days due to a broken garbage disposal. I am disabled so I couldn't "just wash your dishes in the bathtub". Someone tried to help by installing the wrong machine in the wrong way so it also broke so I couldn't get my money back. Then I noticed the Mr. Rooter magnet on my fridge and remembered that they had helped me years ago and thought I'd try it. THEY HAD SOMEONE TO MY HOUSE WITHIN HALF AN HOUR!!!! The whole thing from my call to the service technician leaving took no more than an hour and a half! 1 1/2 hours vs 5 days! Insane! And I am SO grateful! And they even give military discounts! These people are fabulous and I'd never even consider using anybody else!
