Excellent service the whole way through. Grabbed 4 different quotes for a new heat pump and these guys were several thousand $ cheaper, no pressure sales tactics, and didn’t try to upsell me at all. Great communication from Ray before and after the install. Super friendly and professional crew. Can’t say enough good things!

I appreciated their availability to come out the same day. The tech worked on the furnace until he resolved the issue, which ended up being a bit complicated. Important to have heat in the dead of winter. Especially with littles in the house. So grateful for their service, and reasonable price! I’d definitely recommend Woodward, and will call on them for future HVAC needs!
We had a wonderful experience with the technician who came out to inspect our gas furnace. From the beginning, he was polite, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked us through exactly what he was checking, explained the condition of our older furnace, and helped us understand when it’s still worth investing in repairs and when replacement starts to make more financial sense. His honesty and ability to explain things clearly made us feel confident in our next steps. Outstanding service — highly recommend. We won't be going anywhere else for any future repairs. Woodward is the best choice.
Man! Talk about quick service! I called their office mid-afternoon to request a quote. They would have someone available the next morning. Their guy was at my house less than an hour later. A quick look-around, some pressure testing and space measurements taken. Less than 30 minutes later, I was presented with quotes for a standard electric water heater or a heat pump water heater. Either could be installed the next morning. After a few questions regarding the energy savings offered by it, I opted for the heat pump version. A quick swipe of my credit card and I was told the install team would be at my house around 9:00 the following morning... Man! Talk about quick service! I called their office mid-afternoon to request a quote. They would have someone available the next morning. Their guy was at my house less than an hour later. After less than 3 hours, the two installers (Mark and the young man who was interested in "talking cars" with me) were firing it up and explaining what I needed to know to operate the heat pump - allowing me ample opportunity to ask lots of questions. Both installers were very friendly, courteous, clean and efficient. Highly recommended. *****
