Northwest Appliance was awesome! Chris showed up promptly and was very clear with what maintenance needed done and how he was planning to handle it. He helped me to understand how the washer and dryer in my new home should be maintained and what I can expect for keeping them in good working order. He was efficient with his time, professional, and polite! Thank you Chris!
Service tech was professional and courteous. Called when enroute, provided estimate of the repair before repair was completed. Repair involved replacing a three prong heating element which required removal of drum and several components prior to the repair. Completed repair and provided us parts that were replaced and went over warranty info and cleaned up job site.
Technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part needed on his truck which was a temperature sensor. Also cleaned out the dryer vent on the outside which was clogged with lint. Happy to just replace a part rather than buying a new dryer.
