They delivered the wrong color appliance, a mistake they admitted was 100% on them, and instead of fixing the mistake, their installers refused to put the unit back and the truck. They told us the only thing they could do was buy *another* unit at cost. Do not buy from here. Update: after a week and much hemming and hawing, they did in fact deliver the correct unit, but the installation guys didn't fully hook up the dryer. I can't believe this issue had to go to regional and district managers who *still* made the wrong call. My husband and I appreciated the customer service from Bryan at the Westminster location! Bryan was friendly, not pushy, very informative, let us look at our leisure but researched and answered the questions we had. A very pleasant purchasing experience (if purchasing a dishwasher can be considered a pleasant experience). Thanks Bryan!

After visiting the three large chain stores that sell appliances, I was giving up on good customer service and finding a white microwave in stock. I walked into Appliance Factory and was immediately greeted and helped by Bryan. I told him what I was looking for, and he listened to my needs and found a white microwave that was in stock for pick up at the main warehouse. I couldn’t be happier with the good experience I had with them. I will be a returning customer for any appliance needs. Thank you.
