Paul did a fine job repairing an old washing machine with hard to find parts. It took three trips to find all the leaks on my old machine, but Paul was able to keep it operational while we waited for all the parts, and now I have a dry floor and clean clothes.
Paul was the best. They confirmed the appointment in both email and text so that I could pass it along to everyone who need to meet Paul. He came out on the coldest day of the winter never complaining. Then he spent the time to find the "ghost leak" which turns out was not from the washer but from the drain pipe on the laundry tub. He also confirmed that the washer was in good shape. Could not ask for more. Thank you.
They were able to come out the same day I called to check my fridge 2 days before Christmas. Unfortunately it was DOA and the parts are no longer available. But I was so grateful to learn that in time to order a new one that could be delivered quickly since I had a house full of guests. They also gave me good advice.
Paul is fantastic. We worked with him first in 2018. When an issue cropped up this year, we remembered our great experience and he was the only person we considered. He did not disappoint this time either. When a need arises again, there is no doubt that we'll call Paul again.
Paul was communicative, quickly and methodically diagnosed the issue with my washer, and also cleaned out my dryer (which was a last-minute request). Price was reasonable. I'd definitely use their services again.
