Ed was awesome. Arrived right on time and called in advance. Upon arrival, got to work immediately and was done 15 minutes later, repairing our washer/dryer unit. In another five minutes, he restored to full power one of the stove burners that wouldn't light. Ed was clean, polite, knowledgeable and happy to help.

Absolutely wonderful to work with - came in time window I was given and fixed our dryer very quickly. Polite conversation and gave me honest input for future appliance options. I will call them every time!
