Would rate 6 stars for honestly if I could. Given the age and reviews of our dishwasher model they were up front with a recommendation to replace instead of repair. It's rare to find people this honest these days and I will absolutely use them again for future appliance repairs when needed
Meder came to first repair my dryer that wasnt heating and it has been working great since then. Now my washer wasn’t spinning and he quickly fogured out the problem and solved it in under 45mins. Will continue to use them in the future!
The appointment was scheduled in a timely manner and they showed up on time. Assessed the repair and fixed my oven on the spot. Appreciate the great service!
Our dishwasher didn’t drain anymore and very happy he got it fixed on short notice and a great price. Also friendly, communicative and on time. Can definitely recommend
Appliance repairs can be costly and my dishwasher was not functioning. My anxiety started to run high thinking about how much it could cost or if I should just bite the bullet and buy a new one. I tried calling another appliance repair company but they were not available for 3 days. Luckily I came across Ihlas Repair and saw the rave reviews so l decided to take a chance. I am so happy I did. Bek and his service tech came in 1 1/2 hours after I reached out. The problem ended up being simple with the breaker and tadah! It works again! He was fair, honest and reasonable. The cost to come out and the repair was $90. I am so happy I did not opt to just go ahead and buy a new dishwasher. Bek, Thank you for making my day. I highly recommend this company.
