1st time using them and I'm super happy with their work, prices and the two techs I had today. Fast, professional and swept and inspected the chimney super fast. Even made sure I looked up there to see it was clean as a whistle. I will be using them for all my wood stove needs for sure. Highly recommend
I truly couldn’t have been happier with how wonderful North Country Stoves was to work with. We purchased and installed a stove insert through them for our home in Eagle River. They were very thorough, clean, and considerate with installation and immediately addressed a fan balance issue that we discovered after tempering the stove. We are so happy with our stove, thank you!
From start to finish, the team was excellent. They arrived on time, explained what they were doing, and made sure everything was spotless before leaving. My fireplace hasn’t looked this clean in ages! They even checked for safety issues and gave a few maintenance tips. Honest, friendly, and professional . I’ll definitely be using them again
Levi cleaned our Continental Gas fireplace and it fires up beautifully. We didn’t realize that the unit required periodic maintenance. He also advised us about alternative units that could be installed for greater heat output.
I was very pleased with the recent installation of our two Jotul wood stoves. Staff were clean, courteous and they came in under the estimate and took it off the total. I was so pleased that I HIGHLY recommend their services!
