Responsive, friendly, and professional. Excellent customer service and work. The service coordinator was so caring and helpful and shared additional recommendations and advice. They make time/take time to help you. They make you feel like more than just a number. I would recommend and use Mr. Appliance every time.
Very efficient operation from start to finnish, we are very pleased. The repair man came on time, evaluated the situation, knew the part that was needed, and made an appointment for the return visit. Due to bad weather, the part was delayed one day. We were contacted before the due visit, apprised of the situation, and were given a next day appointment. The repairman, Kyle, came on time, and instslled the new part. Problem solved.
This company was great to deal with. They were very prompt, caring and kind. Our technician was Stormy and he was thoughtful and gracious helping us with our 20 yr old refrigerator. He diagnosed the issue quickly and thoroughly. Great young man! It took less than 15 mins. Thank you! Thank you!!
