My son and I stopped by to get a gold chain fixed and appreciate the excellent customer service Shane provided to us. Shane promptly and expertly fixed the chain, and he is so friendly, personable and kind. We also loved seeing his fur baby...such a sweet and precious dog to greet us. I am so glad we stopped by since we had such a great experience. We will definitely return in the future if we have any other piece of jewelry requiring repairing or to make a purchase. I also appreciate the convenience of having a fine jewelry store in Eagle River. Thank you Shane, to you and your sweet pup! My son and I appreciate the excellent service you provided to us.
