Do not use this company for your repairs. I was told i would be charged 60 dollar for the visit to see my Appliance but that 60 dollar would go towards the repair. The technician came only turn on my appliance didn’t open it or wrote down the brand or model for the part replacement. After 2 weeks that they say that ordered the part , they told me they haven’t find it. To look for someone else to repair it. After i already pay for the technician visit. So they expect me to pay another technician from another business just to come and tell me what is wrong with my appliance after they already charged me for that? Is sound to me like scammers. Stay away from this business.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Toribio Appliances. I purchased a set of used washer and dryer from them, and it has been a nightmare ever since. They have replaced the equipment three times and sent technicians multiple times, but the appliances continue to fail. The washing machine they replaced just a week ago is already leaking water. To make matters worse, the owner is now refusing to give me my money back and is not returning my calls. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will be taking legal action to resolve this issue. I strongly advise against doing business with Toribio Appliances. No usen este hombre! Sumamente irresponsable.
