1st of all, I don't think I ever left a review for any business before but this is well deserved!! Owner, Avangelina, was absolutely sweet on the phone!! I had needed my Daughter's "apartment" (entire upstairs) done AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. My daughter just had a baby. She was having complications and the baby was in the Newborn ICU. So I needed it all cleaned and ready for when they are cleared to come home. ANANGELINA scheduled me for the VERY NEXT MORNING!!! NANCY, CHANTEL & MARIA came and did an ABSOLUTE FANTASTIC JOB!!! I am so excited for my daughter, her boyfriend and new little baby Julius to come home healthy to the VERY CLEAN "apartment"!!! 💛💛💛💛 I price was 170. But it was for a 1st time DEEP CLEANING with an EMERGENCY SCHEDULE of the next morning & EVERYTHING was PERFECT!!! They did so well that I will be checking on prices for biweekly cleanings!! 🤞🤞 So maybe you all will read another review!! 😀🙏🤞

Warning: Don’t use this cleaning service!! We hired them to do a deep move in clean on a newly purchased home. During booking it was discussed that cleaning of baseboards and walls was a priority to prepare for painting. We also scheduled a full deep clean including all standard bits. On the day of the cleaning 3 cleaners showed up and spent about 2 hours there. When I returned to check it out they hadn’t cleaned the floors properly and I asked them to finish them up. Once they left I did a further inspection and noticed the baseboards were still very dirty as well as all the corners of the floor. I let them know and they send a crew back the next day. This time they spend another 2 hours cleaning and while the baseboards look better (not all were cleaned though) they did something to the laminate flooring. I know the floors are quite dirty, as the house was occupied a long time and not much deep cleaning was done, but they claim to have just scrubbed with Lysol. We tried scrubbing with Lysol, using hardwood cleaner and using other appropriate cleaners. None resulted in this same issue. After much back and forth they offered a $100 refund (total job was $355) They claim that the edges are now clean and the rest is just dirty, which even if that is the case, they were paid to clean the entire floor. I believe that some of the coating of the floor has been stripped but I am not a floor professional so I may be wrong, but if it is dirt as they claim I strongly believe they either lied about what cleaner they used, or were just too lazy to complete the job. You can even see where they spilled or sprayed some sort of cleaner on the other parts of the floor. We are going to attempt to clean the floors more but they will most likely have to be cleaned again by a professional and potentially repaired or replaced which will cost several times what they refunded us I do not recommend this service. They have fantastic reviews so I was extremely disappointed in their work. I have attached photos of the floors from both after the first cleaning and the second cleaning.
