Norm's Watch Repair

I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve probably had 20 different watches repaired by this shop, and I’ve been satisfied every single time. Great family owned business, they’ve fixed everything from my Nixon‘s to my grandfather‘s pocket watch from the 20’s. I’ve sent all my family and friends to the shop. Great service they treat you like family. They actually explain to you what’s wrong and what needs to be fixed. I would recommend this shop to anyone,10 out of 10, five stars from me.

I took my significant other’s watch to Norms’s on 12/16/25, with the assurance, that it would be ready by Christmas Day. They went above and beyond! The store closed on Christmas Eve Day at 1:00PM. I was not able to make it there before they closed, because I did not get off work until 2:00PM. Jewel offered to drive all the way to my work and drop the watch off to me in person, so that I could have it by Christmas Day! Amazing service and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to fix a watch or clock. I will definitely be going back there for future battery changes and watch repairs.
