Chivino was an absolute pleasure to work with. They did a great job on our bathroom vanity countertop and pony wall combo. Lisa was amazing to work with! She was very communicative and helpful throughout the process of picking our slab. Scheduling was a breeze and they were accommodating to my schedule. Don't hesitate in picking Chivino for your project. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

It was excellent from tge start. I work at homecdepot, so am always very watchful of third party companies. Chivino did a fabulous job; Eric handled the account, very willing to answer questions and assist me with details since I did some of the prep work. Tony came out withe laser and measured everything and checked the level of tge upper counter top . The install actually went smoother than I was expecting. Andrew and his helper were quick and efficient removing the old tops and installing the new quartz counters. They were friendly and personable, and gave me some tips on cleaning, maintaing, and helpful suggestions for the maintenance and... It was excellent from tge start. Chivino is top notch! Our countertop is gorgeous, but it's more than just great products--I've never dealt with such great people. Josie kept us updated on every bit of the process, and best of all, they worked us in quickly. When Dennis came to measure, my husband talked his leg off, and he didn't seem to mind an old guy telling him all about his various projects. Our installer Robert was in and out very quickly because it fit so well. They left the project clean and tidy as well. We love this company!

Chivino was absolutely Great! The communication between so many different parts of this company and myself was superb. I started with Josie to start the process and then went to Eliana. She then scheduled Tony to measure and explain what to expect from the product and care for it also. Tony’s equipment was very high tech and when all the slabs arrived it all fit. Then we went back to Eliana with the final pricing. The pricing was actually a little less than what was estimated. The most amazing thing was the timing from payment to installation was about 2 weeks. This project was 2 large islands with overhangs and about 29’ of countertop with b... Then we met Robert and Aaron, the installers. Everything went together perfectly and they took great care to protect our cabinets. They installed 3 sinks and 20’ of backsplash. The faucets, insinkerator, reverse osmosis, and soap dispenser all fit. Thank you to Robert and Aaron for staying with everything and putting a huge smile on my wife and my face. Maria was extremely pleasant to work with and always timely with communication and appointments. The measuring tech, Chad, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. When it came time for the install, the Justin and his team showed real care for the final result—they took their time to ensure everything was level, clean, and installed with great attention to detail. The finished counters look amazing. I would absolutely recommend Chivino’s to anyone looking...
