We just had our flagstone walkway remodel completed today. Hank and his crew did a fantastic job bringing the stone back to life. A previous contractor had used an inferior coating several years ago and it caused the flagstone to look dull and muted the color accents after less than a year. The attached pictures are from a few hours after our remodel. We could not be more pleased with the results from the efforts of Arizona Stone Care!
The Parthenon has nothing on my backyard. We chose marble tiles as a Hardscape for the backyard and around the pool. The finished product upon conclusion of ASC’s (buff, hone & seal w/ enhancer) work is awe inspiring. It’s so spectacular. The crew was professional and courteous. Couldn’t be more satisfied with this experience with ASC.
Great experience from start to finish! Maddie was thorough is assessing the damage to my travertine floor, which had several large cracks and scores of holes. She took the time to give me a detailed explanation of the work that would needed to be performed in order to renovate it. She got the bid to me exactly when she said that she would. The crew arrived right on time. They were focused, polite, knowledgeable and they did excellent work. This was not an easy job. When they finished, that floor looked as good as new. The owner, Hank, was in communication with me during the 2 days it took to do the work. My home is beautiful again. Thank you Arizona Stone Care!!
Hank has brought my flies back to life since living in Arizona for the past 25 years. He is reliable, honest, and extremely hard working. I highly recommend him and his team!
The team came out and cleaned alot of tile. They made a complete mess with color seal and got it all over the tile and it's very noticeable. They came back out to fix the issues and the didn't do a good job because they said it was clean and it's not. They allowed a couple of my baseboards to suck up water, they did however send some one out to fix them but all he did was scrap wood filler over it when they should of been replaced. With the amount I paid and the amount of work I now have to do to Clean the tile and replace the baseboards, this company ain't it. I do not recommend this company. The pictures I add are of a couple spots but stuff like that is all over the house. You say you did everything properly and came back out and fixed it which is a lie. I still have color match sealer all over my tile that I am cleaning my self with a tile brush and tile cleaner so stop trying to act like it's me and that's just how the job is. You guys did not take your time when doing anything in my house. I even let you come back out to fix it and alot of the places I pointed out didn't even get touched. To be very clear, this was only 5 pictures showing the type of mistakes I have all over the house. The baseboards that soaked up water was only sanded down and paint and not replace. Completely wrong for any wood with water. You guys did not do a good job. I do not recommend this company to anybody. Find another company and save your money.
