I needed my engagement ring downsized. Nicolas did it in less than 24 hours. Got it from a size 8 to 6.5 and you can't even tell it was resized! Highly recommend his work :)

Nicholas was able to get me in and out within 5 minutes. I needed to change the strap out on my digital watch. I couldn't remove the springs on my own, I hate working on small parts like this. Only charged me 10$ for the service. Thank you so much, I would highly recommend if you need the same service done!

Today, I was at Brilliant Jewelry! Nicolas helped me repair an earring. He worked on it right away. His work was brilliant. I was in and then out within 15 minutes. My earring looks like new. I will be taking all of my jewelry needs to him.

A year late on this review, but, I bent my engagement ring (pictured below) and was really worried it would not be able to be fixed to its original state. However, Nicholas did an amazing job and fixed it in a day. He is honest, trustworthy & passionate about his work. I’m so thankful my husband found him, will definitely be going back for all of my jewelry needs.
