Of all the IT technicians I've had to deal with for my personal needs -- home PCs, laptops, cellphones -- I've never come across as knowledgeable, persistent and as simply lovely a person as Tork. He won't give up until he finds the answer (which he usually can in a matter of seconds). I can't recommend him highly enough.
Long story short. Brought my custom pc (white pc) in for black screen set up, technician ran a benchmark test, said it was an nice but, gpu is amd and rest is intel. Paid $90 for the service. I remember inserting my card into a card reader before I left. Brought new intel gpu and pc still was having the same problems. Went to another local pc repair, they told me my motherboard had bent pins and was bad. Replaced my motherboard and my pc is fine now.
I needed my desktop computer fixed in time for a Zoom meeting that evening. It was up and running with a new SSD in less than three hours. When I needed follow up support, it was provided immediately. Excellent service!
