Make a call to Portsmouth and asked if they had specific A specific drone in stockthey said yes I informed them I would be Driving down to pick one up the following Monday. I arrived doors open. Nobody is in the place. I walked all through the building. Nobody answers me. I make a phone call. I hear the phone ringing in the building. No one inside so I decided I would text. I text and got a response. They were not there. they were out running errands so my question to them was do you want a sell a drone or not? They request and unenthusiastic sure I left. This is not a good way to run a business, especially if you’re gonna deal with the retail public.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any online store avoid at all costs. I placed an order for a drone, and instead of just processing it like every other normal business, they demanded photos of my driver’s license and credit card — an outrageous and shady request. After I reluctantly sent the documents, they turned around and canceled my order without warning, blaming me for taking too long, even though I responded as soon as I saw the email. Then they admitted the real reason: the price went up and they didn’t want to honor the original deal. This is not just bad customer service it’s dishonest and unethical business. No communication, no accountability, and no respect for the customer. I wouldn’t trust them with a paper clip, let alone hundreds of dollars. Save yourself the stress and take your money elsewhere.
