I had a broken glider on my pullout wastebasket and tried to get help from the company where I purchased them. Their customer care and attempt to resolve my problem was so unsatisfactory that I posted my bad experience on social media. Within a day, Kevin from BT Cabinets reached out and said he believed he could help. A technician was scheduled to come out and resolve my problem. I received texts telling me who my technician would be, the time frame that he would arrive, and updates when he was in route. Steve arrived and installed a new pullout wastebasket in no time. He was very professional, respectful of my property, and friendly. He told me I was his 1,000,000 cabinet install! Thanks Kevin, Steve, and BT Cabinets for the excellent service and customer satisfaction.
