NE Sewer and Drain responded to my call same day. The gentlemen were knowledgeable and explained the problem to me very clearly. While they cannot fix the problem today due to snow, they will be back in a couple of days to finish the job. Everyone appreciates great service, and today I am very pleased with NE Sewer and Drain. I look forward to them returning.
Though they couldn't fix my drainage issue (60 year old pipes) They did everything they could do to help me! Great, timely service and amazing with my super annoying dogs 🐕. Helped me contact a piping replacement company to fix the issue.
I had a major issue with my basement repeatedly flooding, and after another sewage drain company couldn’t access the main line due to heavy snow, I was feeling pretty stressed. A family member recommended this company, and it turned out to be the best decision. Josh responded immediately and came out right away to assess the situation. He quickly identified the blockage, explained the issue clearly, and resolved it efficiently. His professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness were outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will absolutely recommend Josh to anyone dealing with drainage or sewer issues. I will definitely be using him again if needed.
I highly recommend this company. I had roto rooter out to my place and they changed 450. And did not fix the problem, also want to cut into floors and ceiling, just for a clogged tub. Jay and his guy came out and fix the problem in less then 30 minutes, no cutting floor or ceiling. I love these guys. Great guys, they know what they are doing.
