Dan is no doubt the best electrician we have hired over the years (we are 25+ years homeowners). When a project has unforeseen issues, you will know very quickly if the person you hired has character and skills. None of the 4 electrician we interviewed mentioned anything about needing an electrician from the solar company (we have solar panels) for our electric upgrade and EV charger installation. After Dan finished his job, we realized our solar cable was not connected. Upon a bit of discussion, Dan took care of contacting the solar company to hook up the cable without charging us extra. He could easily said that was not his problem as it was not in the contract and partly it was our fault for not knowing the intricacies of electrical work (apparently only electricians from solar companies can touch anything solar, a lesson for anyone who have solar panels). In addition, when we noticed our door bell did not work after the project is done, Dan came over to fix it right away! I wonder how many electricians could match that. So in the future Dan will be our go to electrician. No question about that.

Dan was wonderful! Although he was running a little late due to an emergency, he called us to let us know when he would make it. Upon arrival, he carefully assessed the situation and began work. After a couple of hours, he had successfully fixed all of the issues we had and even made some additional improvements. He also gave us a fair price. After being taken advantage of by A-One Electric, we were truly grateful to Dan for being so kind, honest, and competent. We will definitely call upon him again in the future when we need electrical work done.

I had an electrician who failed to finish the job. Daniel at Empire Electric came in to save the day. It was worth the wait. Professional from estimate to the completion of the job. He was always on time for all appointments and provided excellent quality work. I highly recommend him for all your electrical work.
