Service tech was wonderful. Came in, identified the issue, ordered the part to repair and installed to get our system up and running. Couldn’t have asked for better service. There were issues with the time we had to wait. The issue was reported at 4am on Sunday 1/25/25 through our home warranty vendor. The first tech visit was scheduled for Thursday 1/29/25. The part was ordered and we were told it would arrive 2/2/25 and a call would be placed to schedule repair. The part did not arrive until 2/3/25 and the tech scheduled to Come in on 2/4/25 to complete work. This was done as promised. This was accomplished by the tech efficiently. Customer service staff were also very good to deal with and I know it was a tough couple of weeks with snow and extremely cold temperatures but somehow the company needs to do better. 10 days to evaluate, identify, order and install parts seems excessive in such cold weather. During this time, we ran space heaters, the fireplace, and turned the oven on with door open. It all helped but there were extremely cold areas in the home. Back the normal heat. It’s a wonderful thing!! You don’t realize how much you need it until it’s gone.
