Netcom is awesome! I had a coke with a slightly loose cap spray into the back of my Lenovo x1 when it was in my work bag. The computer was out of warranty and we thought it would be 1500 to fix. Netcom literally cleaned the reaction the coke made when it hit the system board ran a full diagnostic and it was fine. Total cost was $50.
It was great that they were able to check what was wrong with mY laptop I just wish they told me how much it's cost just for them to check it instead of telling me AFTERWARDS but they were quick and I like that
I absolutely love Netcom. I'm self-employed and I put my computer through its paces--and my livelihood depends on a well-functioning computer. Netcom has been who I've gone to consistently for my computer needs, including computer repair/service and computer purchases. I've been with them for close to 10 years and have been able to consistently count on them for excellent service, great prices, and really helpful, friendly staff. Netcom is run the way a business should be run--with simply excellent service and knowledgeable, friendly staff who make me feel like my service needs are important (my hat's off to Todd for running Netcom so well). Also, I really trust them, which is so important to me. Plus, they're super-patient (I ask a lot of questions!). They always take the time to answer all my questions. They know their product inside-out and how best to service it. There's simply no other company I'd even consider for my computer needs. I highly, highly recommend them--Netcom is truly excellent.
