I will most definitely be coming back if my mom ever spills coffee on my MacBook again. Shawn was extremely responsive, getting back to me immediately and started research right away before I even got in the car to deliver the parts. He was very transparent throughout, making sure I understood that the likelihood of repair was low given my issues, trying to save me the hassle of wasting my time and money. He was extremely efficient doing each section of the repair the same night that he got the parts. I highly recommend anyone in the area going to Shawn!

Shawn was able to diagnose my laptop (Dell Precision 5510) that would not post (startup). Narrowed it down to a bad motherboard, agreed on the price to fix it and I ordered the part, but even if Shawn ordered it he doesn't upcharge for parts. New (refurbished) motherboard came in and he installed it, and now the laptop would start up, but would go into a reboot loop at log-in. He had to diagnose it a second time to determine the refurbished motherboard was faulty. He was able to support me in communicating with the vendor to prove the one that was sent was faulty and they sent a replacement. So now he had to do the install all over again for... Shawn is fantastic. My toddler had spilled some water on my laptop keyboard and it would not turn on. I initially took it to the apple store and they said there was absolutely no way it could be fixed. I didn't entirely believe that and found Shawn. He fixed my computer in 2 days. He was very thorough when communicating his process and troubleshooting. I am forever grateful to him and will be using his services in the future.
