Great, fast service! Fixed my son's gold chain in 1 day, while another place quoted me "1-2 weeks" and was double the price. They even cleaned his necklace for free. I'll definitely be back!

Had my battery replaced in my watch today and absolutely the most fair and honest jeweler I've been to!! So polite, helpful and friendly, definitely making this my permanent jeweler for any repairs or service i need. I give 10 stars!!! Thank you guys! Aug 22, 2025 Another fantastic, professional and generous experience with this jewelr! I had a watch band pin i couldn't get back in, she took it and replaced both pins no charge and was happy to do it. She is the best, super happy go lucky z positive and enthusiastic woman whom enjoys what she does. This is one of the few real honest jewelers in AZ.

I had such a great experience at Tony’s Jewelry and Watch Repair. I brought in my watch because the latch hadn’t been working for a long time and I couldn’t figure out why. They spent a few hours looking into it, realized it just needed an adjustment, and told me it would be ready the next day at no charge. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and customer service these days. I highly recommend them for any watch or jewelry repairs.
