I had a badly busted up phone that I took two places before I went to Phoenix Electronix, but no one was able to help me. Kyle immediately understood what I needed and was able to get the data off my device so I didn't lose countless pictures and videos. And despite me having a difficult device, the final charge was less than he originally quoted me. Very affordable and super trustworthy. I highly recommend!
Brought my xbox in for a hdmi replacement. Got it the very next day. Fair price, good work, and quick. What more could anyone ask for when paying for a service. He even cleaned my xbox for me! Definitely check Phoenix Electronix out for your electronics fixing needs.
The rent to own experience was very very helpful especially if you don’t have the cash all upfront. He has an amazing payment plan option. He’s a small business owner so he takes precautions with a phone lock, which is really cool and not very Troublesome to the phone I got it as a gift for my wife and will probably be back to buy an iPhone for myself 10 out of 10 if I could give a better rating. Even when I had a misunderstandings about a payment, he was very calm very collected person and helped me to understand what happened. Amazing business owner.
Worked with Kyle at Baseline/Country Club road. I highly recommend services provided by them. Although the price I found on Offer Up was not described properly there were deals that he had to make it worth the trip. If you are need of a new phone or upgrade his in house work is excellent. I ended up purchasing an 16e & 14 pro iPhone for less than the cost of 1 new one. Kyle was very pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable. Hopefully a shop will open up on the west side.
