Vital Air Services

Here to leave a 1 star review because unsolicited, this company sent a text message to my personal cell phone. I think we can all agree that's off limits and represents an unwelcome invasion of privacy. As consumers we want to send a strong message to Vital Air Services that when your greed takes charge and begins violating the widely accepted code of decency there are legal, PR and cash flow consequences to the offending business. It's 2025 Vital air, time to grow up and learn how to respect other innocent people in this community. UPDATE: Called the number that texted me and received a recording that simply says "this call will be recorded" That's a misleading practice used by companies to make us think there's no choice in our voice being recorded. Kristin answered the phone and I immediately notified here she doesn't have consent to record our conversation. She agreed. I then asked her "What in the devil makes you think it's permissible to text innocent people your marketing spam without their permission on their personal cell phone numbers? Kristin became angry and fumbled her words until she stated that she would have to disconnect the call because I refused to agree to have my voice recorded. This is a great example for everyone that reads this to understand your rights. Some companies think they can be as greedy as they want and force our community to be recorded and spammed. Many brave law makers have fought to make sure companies with unethical business practices like that face consequences. Looks like Vital Air will now receive a second formal legal demand to delete my voice recording on their servers as well as any and all third party services that may have recorded even the small snippet. Welcome to 2025 Vital Air, innocent people have laws protecting their rights to privacy from greedy business like yourselves.
