Neal's Appliance

As far as I'm concerned, Neals Appliance is the best place for appliances around. Steve and Anthony are just great guys to work with. As a home builder, we send all of our customers Neal's to get their appliances, and we never have to worry that they're not going to have a good experience. Personally, I've bought two appliances from their scratch and dent section in the last month, they weren't the least bit pushy, they didn't try to upsell me or talk me out of anything. One of the appliances needed a flashlight to reveal the scratch. Delivery was a great experience, they have friendly delivery drivers who are very accommodating. We purchased our refrigerator middle of last week, and Anthony told us it might be a minute before we could expect delivery, with it being Christmas week we didn't expect to get it till the first of the year, but here we are Monday Dec 23 and they brought it out to us. Lastly, they have an in-house service department, we opted for the 5-year warranty. Hopefully we won't have to use it, but if we do I'm not worried, everything else has been great from Neal's and I have every reason to think their technician will be as Sterling the rest of their service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I purchased a dishwasher and a very nice salesman named Anthony help with purchase. Then when dishwasher was installed a very nice young man installed it. He name was Justin Cates and he was very professional and even took the time to explain features about the dishwasher and arrived when he said he would and was just super nice. It’s great service like this that has made me a new customer at Neal’s because it was a great experience from start to finish. So if your looking for a place that still has customer service I highly recommend Neal’s Appliances. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+
