They quickly responded to a refrigerator trouble call. The tech arrived earlier than promised (but did call first), and quickly diagnosed the problem. Jay was very professional, and even though he was unable to repair the fridge, he did have some useful advice for the new unit.
Partially satisfied. I felt the diagnosis for one of the issues was not done properly and involved a lot of guesswork.
I had two concerns:
1. The dryer was not working on the normal mode, though it worked on other modes.
2. The washing machine door needed to be reversed, which was done very well.
For the first issue, a technician visited my apartment and told me the problem was the hose. He cut the hose in half and said the dryer was fixed, but the issue remained. I was charged for this first visit.
He returned for a second visit (for which I was not charged) and then said the dryer’s sensor complex might not be working and that repairing it would be expensive. I was advised to continue using the machine as it is. I was also told that even if I replaced one of the three sensor parts, it would still be a guess whether the dryer would work.
Since cutting the hose did not resolve anything and the final conclusion seemed uncertain, I found the diagnosis to be largely guesswork. Because of this, I am only partially satisfied, despite the door reversal being done very nicely.
Todd responded very quickly And seemed to care about having my repair taken care of very quickly, even though it was the weekend and during the holidays. Jay came with an hours of my call, quickly diagnosed the issue, and offered hopeful suggestions, besides resolving the urgent issue. I would dare to say that these guys are the best.
